How are you able to set prices below Airbnb prices?
These are the properties we manage. Airbnb takes fees around 15%-20% (including host fees, guest fees, transaction fees - the exact percentage depends on a few factors) and we can reduce the price accordingly.

PT Icon Host Bali. Our company was established in 2017 and our office is located at Jl. Raya Kerobokan, 33 and our website is www.iconhostbali.com. If you are already in Bali you can come to the office and pay by cash but set a time for your visit first.
You didn't mention the exact discount percentage, is this percentage flexible?
We guarantee at least a 10% discount compared to Airbnb prices but in many cases, this percentage can be higher. We analyze the price you get from Airbnb and compare it with our price every time before giving you the final price.
Which steps should I take to book with you?
The best way to do it:

- contact us, and let us know your dates. We will give you our best price for these days.
- confirm that you'd like to book and give us your email address. We will send you a contract via DocSign online service (www.docsign.com).
- sign a contract (it's easy from your mobile phone - you will get a link, you need just open and sign on your screen) and pay us 100%
- we will get the money and send you a confirmation email

Could I pay online?
Yes, you can pay using Visa or MasterCard. After signing a contract we will send you a link for online payment.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the low price, we follow a strict cancellation policy and all the bookings are non-refundable. That means we will not make a refund if you are:
- can't come and stay with us;
- you came and don't like a room;
- you checked in and were not satisfied with something;
- by other reasons that you can have.

I found another property on the Airbnb website, could you help me to book this property directly?
We will try to help but we do not guarantee. If you'd like to book an Airbnb room that is not on our website, send us a link to this Airbnb listing and we will send our manager to find this Airbnb on the ground. Then we will discuss with an owner if he'd like to get a booking directly. This process can take up to 3-5 days.
Can I come and see your villa before booking?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate visits to our villas before booking. Our business processes do not include provisions for on-site viewings due to the lack of a dedicated manager or staff member available for such visits. However, we strive to provide detailed descriptions, photos, and virtual tours on our web-site to give you a comprehensive understanding of the villa and its amenities. Could I rent your villa monthly?
