The new modern villa in the prestigious South Ubud neighborhood with two independent bedrooms, a 2-zone pool with a king-size floating bed, a lounge area with panel TV, a kitchen with a round family dining table, and plenty of other nice cozy relaxing corners that you will definitely discover during your stay. The golden-style lighting solution across the whole space as well as some ornaments reminds us of the United Arab Emirates's premium accommodations and sheikhs' lifestyle.
The whole place is private and hidden from curious eyes. Once you get inside you will feel full privacy, independence, and the uniqueness of the space. The charm of the villa after the fast tropical sunset is indescribable: a lot of shiny corners, lamps, and unusual light patterns that are reflected on the shiny surfaces of furniture, appliances and on the live water of the pool.
The whole villa is perfectly equipped. Every bedroom has a king-size bed, a desk, a cupboard and nice-looking night lamps. All are made with love and attention to the details. Right from the bed you can see the curved pool - thanks to the form of the pool as the letter Gamma in the Greek Alphabet (Г) the guests of both bedrooms have a pool as it's only their own.
The living room consists of 3 zones - to rest on the sofa opposite a big TV panel; a dinner zone with a great round wooden table; and a kitchen zone with a bar where you can prepare the meals from the fresh local vegetables or just have breakfast or snack. The appliances in the kitchen are simply great and superior to the expectation (as a 2-doors huge fridge).
The floor within the open space is covered by dark wooden boards that are perfectly appropriate for the whole space and lazy mood during your Bali travel and relaxation.
Those who are not the first time on Bali will definitely appreciate the many interior and decor solutions as well as the equipment.

Please note that parking is enough for 2 cars but if you have a big car it can be a bit challenging to turn around your car as there is a fence of a hotel right opposite of the parking.
There is a tree near the pool and because of the natural cycle of life of trees, leaves often fall into the pool. In some seasons or after the rain this process can be very active and leaves can fall into the pool at any moment. That means that you can discover leaves on the surface of the pool on arrival, in the morning and during the day while the pool itself is clean. We ask for your understanding of this because of the natural environment and open space. Please take out leaves from the pool or wait with the understanding that we will do it during the routine cleaning.
Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.
In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
