Fieldside Villa: Cozy 1BDR, Private Kitchen & Pool

One-bedroom villa with a private pool in the prestigious location near the main north Ubud road, surrounded by high-class villas from three sides and by a big field from the fourth side. Composed of traditional and modern construction and interior elements, fenced, with a big private parking and full privacy this villa will be a reasonable choice for a couple or young family. Built with respect for the Balinese traditions, with an amazing stone bathtub and king-looking tick-wooden bed.

The villa consists of a spacious parking space (enough for a few cars), a pool area with 2 sunbeds, a garden area, a half-open compact kitchen and the villa itself. Step inside the fenced grounds through the classic Balinese doors and you will see the relatively big pool in front of you (this is not a plunge pool and you can swim here a bit), the sunbeds area and the house on the other side of the pool. Go along the pool and enter the house.

The central area in the room is designed for the amazing king-size bed with a mosquito net. The carved wooden elements of the bed remind you of Balinese identity and cultural traditions. The mosquito net creates a respectable atmosphere and allows you to get a rest after a hot and noisy Balinese day. In front of the bed, there is a big TV panel. Find out the cupboard on the left (with a safebox inside) and the door to the spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower (of your choice).

This is a prestigious location not far from the main Ubud road but far enough to enjoy the calmness and serenity around. The small private road (enough for one car only) leads to your residence from the main road right to the threshold of your villa.

There are trees near the pool and because of the natural cycle of life of trees, leaves often fall into the pool. In some seasons or after the rain this process can be very active and leaves can fall into the pool at any moment. That means that you can discover leaves on the surface of the pool on arrival, in the morning and during the day while the pool itself is clean. We ask for your understanding of this because of the natural environment and open space. Please take out leaves from the pool or wait with the understanding that we will do it during the routine cleaning.

Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.

In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
