The prestigious fresh white-stone villa with spacious grounds and an above-the-ground pool in a brilliant location 1 km to Bukit Pandawa Golf & Country Club, just a few minutes drive to The Ritz-Carlton, The Apurva Kempinski, Hilton and Pandawa Beach. Inspired by Balinese culture and polished according to the European standards of living, placed on the hill in the prestigious neighborhood this villa is the best choice for a family of 4 with kids, two couples or best friends.
The villa is located within a complex of prestigious villas in a quiet neighborhood without the big roads nearby. It provides extra safety while the high fence grants a feeling of independence and privacy.
There is spacious and convenient parking, which is big enough to leave a few cars and scooters. Just turn from the one small to our alley and find our villa with a parking place on the left side.
You can enter the villa through the nice arched gate, which reminds you of Greece style. Find a big green lawn with grass on the left (this is a rare option in Bali where most of the owners try to build another house on every piece of land) and the house itself on a hill on the right.
The pool is big enough to swim and it has been upped above the ground level. So, swimming, you can enjoy a view of the grounds from the upper position.
There are a few cozy places where you can relax - inside and outside. The solid tick wood furniture in the house adds charm, actuality and through-centuries calmness at the same time.
The kitchen is well-equipped according to the Western standards of living. It comes with a toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and, of course, other necessary things for cooking.
Pay special attention to the lightning of the whole villa - it consists of a few contours, inside and outside, including underwater lamps, gardening lamps as well as different ceiling and standing lamps in the house.

Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali, the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you are faced with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.

In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
