Built by an experienced owner in 2024, this spacious 2BDR villa reflects the all-modern construction tendencies in Bali. While the space is big enough and has 2 independent bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a pool, it follows the idea of mixing traditional Balinese interior and design patterns with a modern Western vision. Packed with classic teak furniture, the villa has round ricefield view windows, a huge TV panel, and a comfortable European-made sofa.
Our villa is not far from Ubud's Premier Sport and Wellness Club, Titi Batu and Pelangi School. It's only 5 minutes in walking distance
Occasionally, upon close examination, you can find bed sheets may have almost inconspicuous spots with slightly changed color. This is due to the local laundries using different chemicals, which may not always meet European quality standards. While we strive to provide you with the best experience possible, and we are actively working with our laundry partners to improve the quality of their services it still can be sometimes. Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.
In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
Take note that Bali is located in South-East Asia in the high humidity climate. As a result, if you visit Bali during the so-called Musim Hujan season (rain season) or just during the rainy weeks it may happen that after a few days with especially strong rains, in some places the walls may get wet (small spots). It may be visible inside the house. Also, be informed, that after that, at the surface of these wet spots in the aggressive tropical climate, the signs of mold may appear very fast - genuinely during a few hours. It can happen at any time, for example, on the night before your arrival and we are not always able to see such problematic places in time. Because of that, If you come and find wet or moldy places or bad-looking walls, inform us. To delete potentially unhealthy places on the walls, we will make an extra treatment as soon as possible (usually for a couple of hours). We will use a natural but effective way to delete the signs of mold and provide healthy conditions for your stay.

It's ideally located in adjacent to the main Ubud road area and the villa can be reached just in 2-3 minutes after the turn from one of the main Ubud arteries Jl. Raya A.A. Gede Rai. It's easy to find and at the same time, the street is very quiet, this is no through passage the street. In the last years, there have been many popular and prestige very opened nearby, in a stone's throw. One of the main centers of attraction in this area is Titi Batu Club with plenty of cafes and bars, pools, and sports activities. It takes just a few minutes to reach this club but it's far enough from the villa and the noise will not disturb you. One of the first important places for the expats in the whole area of Ubud, now about 10-15 years old, is Pelangi School, which is within a few hundred meters. If you plan to come and stay with a child, don't miss a chance and ask about special short-term education programs there.
The villa has a specially designated comfortable parking under the brand sign. From the parking, go forward 20-30 meters and find an entrance door, made in the classic Balinese design. This is a double-swing door that looks amazing and prestigious. Step in and you will find a big pool right in front of you (your special attention please: this is not a plunge pool and the pool is big enough for light swimming), two bedrooms on the left side and the big living room behind the pool. Both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and shower options at your choice. Queen-size beds occupied the central part of the rooms. Both rooms have panoramic windows with a pool view.
In the living room, find a sofa, a big table, a huge TV panel, and a nice view of the rice fields through the artistic round windows which add a very special creative mood to the whole space. The kitchen is well-equipped for your disposal.
