Greenfield Viewhouse: Spacious 2nd Floor Lodging

Greenfield Viewhouse - it's a new-build private apartment on the second floor of the 2-storey building with a terrific view at rice fields and neighbors villages. This is rare chance to stay so close to Ubud most center and still have an opportunity to enjoy the view at the very spacious rice fields. Thanks to a successful location in a few hundred meters from the highway this house is providing a good balance between proximity to nature and to Ubud area's main attractions.

You will get a spacious accommodation at the second floor of the solid massive stone house.

Go up by the wide stone stairs and get for your disposal:
- 2 balconies
- one terrace with an amazing view on the ricefields
- 2 independent air-conditioned bedrooms (one is bigger, the second one is smaller)
- 2 ensuite bathrooms
- well-equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms have big queen sized beds. Both bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, well-decorated, with blackout curtains. Both rooms have doors to the terrace where an easy Ubud breeze presents a rare (for Ubud) opportunity to enjoy the view without exhausted hot.

Please note, my family lives on the first floor and we always available to help you. At the same time apartments have a separate independent staircase so you will have full privacy.

We have a parking space available for one medium-sized car, like a Honda Brio. Larger vehicles will not fit in this spot.

Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.

In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
