Welcome to the incredible modern just-built 2-bedroom villa on the edge of a huge green rice field with a kitchen, equipped according to European standards, with a washing machine, two rollaway extra beds for your family member or kids, with underwater different colors illumination in the pool, with plenty of cozy corners for the relaxation. Strategically located just 10 minutes to the Ubud center, close to many attractions this villa is likely the best choice for the rest of Bali.
Here, folks: some villas were built to host the guests and get profit, and just a few were built for the owner's creative realization, satisfaction, rest and happy living. And this is where you are right now! Come to my villa and enjoy design and interior solutions that were prepared to have a rest from busy European cities while in Bali.
Here you will find two independent spacious bedrooms (both are equipped with huge TV panels and water dispensers) with additional rolling single beds - extra fee applied (3 people can stay in every bedroom) with en-suite bathrooms, big wardrobes and panoramic windows (view to the pool and rice fields). Pay attention: this is the tropics and in part of the bathrooms there are no ceilings. Such a solution provides air circulation while the safety standards and privacy are applied. The bathrooms have a modern and expensive sanitary. Two safe boxes are in place.
In one of the bathrooms, you will find a washing machine: a unique and rare option in Bali reality. Always get clean clothes and no need to worry about the quality of local laundry service.

The access road (last 100-150 meters) is narrow but there is a parking near our villa at the end of this road (enough for a few cars).
Bali is experiencing an investment and building boom and there are a few buildings around that are ongoing. That means you can hear the noise during the daytime (until sunset).
There is a tree near the pool and because of the natural cycle of life of trees, leaves often fall into the pool. In some seasons or after the rain this process can be very active and leaves can fall into the pool at any moment. That means that you can discover leaves on the surface of the pool on arrival, in the morning and during the day while the pool itself is clean. We ask for your understanding of this because of the natural environment and open space. Please take out leaves from the pool or wait with the understanding that we will do it during the routine cleaning.
Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.
In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
