The Joglo-style house with a private pool and kitchen at the end of a small one-way alley. Make a great escape from the town and stay in direct proximity to tropical nature. Enjoy the high ceiling in the spacious bedroom, wooden roof and walls, a patio with a dining table, a separate kitchen zone, a half-open bathroom, a middle-size pool, and an authentic Balinese temple with classic stone warriors and defenders right near the pool. The bathroom is very spacious.
The house consists of a few zones:
- the pool and the garden around;
- the bedroom itself;
- the kitchen (the entrance to the kitchen is from the poolside; the kitchen has basic equipment);
- the half-open bathroom (for your understanding, the walls of the bathroom are very high, around 3 meters; there is no bathtub, just a shower.)
There is a private parking space for cars or motorbikes in front of the villa.

Please be informed this is a house in the tropic near the jungle. That means different insects, especially ants, may easily and fast appear. We provide regular and thorough cleaning but you need to understand that ants can appear within a few minutes. In such cases, please use repellent (we have it in the kitchen) or contact us for extra cleaning.
We have CCTV cameras outside the villa to provide extra safety for the property and your belongings. The cameras don't cover the bathroom, the pool area, the kitchen, and the bedroom. They record the parking area, the walls, the fence, and the perimeter around the grounds.
Also, please note, that we have a light near the villa but the alley itself can be dark in the nighttime. We recommend using a flashlight or coming by scooter or by car.
In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
Take note that Bali is located in South-East Asia in the high humidity climate. As a result, if you visit Bali during the so-called Musim Hujan season (rain season) or just during the rainy weeks it may happen that after a few days with especially strong rains, in some places the walls may get wet (small spots). It may be visible inside the house. Also, be informed, that after that, at the surface of these wet spots in the aggressive tropical climate, the signs of mold may appear very fast - genuinely during a few hours. It can happen at any time, for example, on the night before your arrival and we are not always able to see such problematic places in time. Because of that, If you come and find wet or moldy places or bad-looking walls, inform us. To delete potentially unhealthy places on the walls, we will make an extra treatment as soon as possible (usually for a couple of hours). We will use a natural but effective way to delete the signs of mold and provide healthy conditions for your stay.
