About

Meet the European standards of living with the newly built private villa Сasa de Amor! Located just 3 km to Ubud most center, in the prestige neighborhood, within the modern villa compound, at the edge of a spacious amazing rice field. Your attention: Bali is experiencing an investment and building boom and there are a few buildings around that are ongoing. That means you can hear the noise during the daytime (until sunset). We have set a special price for that period.

Other things to note

Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.

Occasionally, upon close examination, you can find bed sheets may have almost inconspicuous spots with slightly changed color. This is due to the local laundries using different chemicals, which may not always meet European quality standards. While we strive to provide you with the best experience possible, and we are actively working with our laundry partners to improve the quality of their services it still can be sometimes. If you encounter any issues regarding your bed sheets, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice geckos. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the gecko symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the geckos in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about geckos and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the geckos (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.

The space

This compact villa will be a great choice for a family of four or for two independent young couples. The villa consists of two bedrooms, living area, kitchen zone, private pool, parking place, 2 spacious bathrooms.

Let me give you some context: your journey to my villa begins once you turn from the main road Jl. Raya Kengetan to the small one-car width road. After the turn, you will slowly move by this pastoral Indonesian country road among the beautiful classic Balinese houses, palm trees, and rice fields for about 5 minutes. The last hundred meters of the way you will pass by the one-style villas developed and built by Italy-fan developer.

The villa itself welcomes you with a small parking place (enough for one car or a few scooters) and a solid big natural dark-wood entrance door. Step inside and find a shadow passway under the trees that lead to a half-open living room and kitchen with a TV, sofa, and dinner table right near the pool. This is a comfortable and good-looking place to relax after a long day of excursions or just sit and do nothing, breathing in the vibration of magic saint Balinese land.

Right behind the living area, there is a private pool and two bedrooms near the pool - on the left side and opposite sides. Every bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, cupboard and en-suite bathroom. While one bedroom has only a shower in the bathroom, the second one is very spacious with an amazing stone bathtub and natural light entering the bathroom thanks to a partly open ceiling. The attention to detail and light patterns add home comfort to the villa.
