Enjoy a stylish modern room on the up floor in this strategically located house, in a few minutes from Ubud's most center. We propose rather unique equipment for such kind of rooms; you will find boho design and interior style here as well as a desk with an chair and kitchenette. The room is located not far from an important Ubud road but thanks to its location back of the house it's a quiet place. Except for the room itself, there is a balcony with a village view.

This room is on the second floor of the recently built 2-floor house, surrounded by local Balinese households. It's a new, clean, practical room for independent travelers who are looking for a place to stay for a few days or weeks and need to have a place for work and basic cooking.

Despite many rooms around (mostly without a kitchen and option for remote work) this room is prepared to satisfy all the basic needs of a modern traveler. The harmony between rest and work, and proximity to Ubud most center make this room a great choice for young couples, digital nomads, and freelancers.

We've also just added a full-size mirror in the room, so you can check your appearance before heading out.

There are a few modern features here.

There is no designated parking for the cars. It can be a problem to park your car nearby as an adjacent road is narrow and the buildings are very close to the road. But it's possible to find a place to park your car.

The distance to Ubud most center is about 3 km, to get there you need to follow just by one straight road.

We don't have a washing machine but for your information, there is a laundry nearby.

Even though Ubud is a world-popular tourist destination it's a village with its own century-old lifestyle and many households around have chickens. Be informed and don't be amused to hear chickens crows around, including earlier morning and daytime hours.

Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.

In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning

Ubud is a cultural centre of Bali and in the days of Balinese religious ceremonies you can hear the traditional Balinese music from the temple nearby. It can be until late night.
