Riverside Villa: 2BDR & Private Pool on Riverbank

Come and enjoy: two fully independent bedrooms (these are 2 houses, 15 meters from each other) connected by a nice small path, a huge parking area (enough for 10 cars) and a refreshing pool above the stream with a view of the jungle at the opposite side. Located at the most end of the quiet alley, this villa will be a justified choice for two young couples or a family of four who are eager to explore the Ubud area and Central Bali. There are a few unique features about this villa you have to know.

First and foremost, both houses have their own small kitchens and rest areas. That makes this villa a perfect choice for friends or close relatives who look for privacy from time to time. Keep your food in 2 big fridges and get cold drinks as fast as you need.

Another thing: the pool is right above the stream. The stream is not so big (at least if there is no rain) but this is a great add-on for your tropical experience. Feel the real jungle vibrations while feeling yourself safe at the high river bank. Get some amazing photos from the pool.

Every bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a shower while in the rooms you will find king-size beds, wardrobes with hangers and hotel-style details that make your time here more comfortable (electric mosquito repellant, plug adapter, some bathroom features).

To reach the villa you need to turn to the very small alley from Jl. A. A. Gede Rai (wide enough just for one car) and move forward around 100 meters. To make a turn please prepare in advance and keep your car not too close to the edge of the road as there are the walls from both sides of the alley.

Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.

In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice geckos. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the gecko symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the geckos in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about geckos and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the geckos (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.

There are trees near the pool and because of the natural cycle of life of trees, leaves often fall into the pool. In some seasons or after the rain this process can be very active and leaves can fall into the pool at any moment. That means that you can discover leaves on the surface of the pool on arrival, in the morning and during the day while the pool itself is clean. We ask for your understanding of this because of the natural environment and open space. Please take out leaves from the pool or wait with the understanding that we will do it during the routine cleaning.
