Fairy House: 1BDR, Pool, Kitchen, Nature

Nestled at the end quiet small alley (not available for cars, only scooters), 20 meters from the river, surrounded by the local houses and villas, in a safe and friendly area this new 1-bedroom villa has wisely planned grounds with the house itself, pool, sunbeds, garden and kitchen placed conveniently and justified. The pool is compact but not the smallest one. The birds sing and butterflies flutter around, adding the fairytale mood to the wonderful house.

The space

Step inside the villa and find the pool on the right and the house in front of you. The small paved path goes to the porch and terrace of the house. The esthetic dinner table with two chairs is on the right side and the half-open kitchen is on the left side. The kitchen has basic equipment and an in-built gas oven. The bar table around the kitchen zone pays special attention to itself thanks to the cozy night blue color illumination.

Inside the house discover a room and ensuite bathroom. The room is equipped with a king-size bed (it occupies the central position in the room), a wardrobe (2 sections for your convenience), a desk and a mirror. The nice add-ons are nightstands with lamps and chick-style wall decorations. The white-style wood of the bed reminds of the Balinese village lifestyle. The bathroom is very spacious with the shower cabin on the right and sink in front of the door.

It's not possible to park a car right near the villa's entrance door but there are many empty places in 50 meters at the small quiet road.

Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.

In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
